Fire engine
A fire at a block of flats in the city of Lisburn is believed by police to have been started by arsonists.

A pipe bomb is discovered outside a house in the Fairyknowe Park area of Newtownabbey following a telephone warning.

Four people are arrested over an armed robbery in which a couple and their two young children were threatened.
